Having offices spread across the globe in 4 locations (ranging from Australia, to UK and Ireland) means that their mail and web infrastructure is an essential part of their business - essential infrastructure running on reliable, efficient Linux servers.
Initially called in to provide some short term consulting services, I am pleased to have been able to work with Kurt extensively in upgrading, re-installing and re-configuring their Linux infrastructure including their mail services, web services and backup solutions.

Second Skin is a small but expanding company that produces Compression Garments for after burns treatment and Neurological Dysfunctions. Our head office is in Perth and three more main offices in Sydney, Edinburgh and Belfast. In addition, we use 12 laptops with wireless broadband connections in Australia, UK and Ireland that function as mobile offices for our therapist and clinical staff.
Communication amongst our offices and 24/7 accessibility to our database from anywhere in the world is of paramount importance. For that reason we are running two Linux Servers in Perth hosting our Mail- and Web Server. Both systems have been installed and are serviced by Jason Stirk.
